Auburn & Apricot
Princess Protea, Stocks, Tea Tree & Photinia
Friday 20 September
This one’s a riot of colour! Auburn and russet hued foliage, contrast beautifully with the most delicate, soft, apricot Stocks and their dreamy clouds of petals. Add in some Princess Protea and the deep, dark Burgundy contrast of Tea Tree and we think it’s a match made in heaven.
- Start with your Photinia foliage, crossing the stems to create a grid and allowing the leaves to fall around the perimeter of the vase. Make sure to position any shorter stems towards the front of the vase.
- Weave through the Stock stems, positioning them in a triangular arrangement, towards the back.
- Add in the Protea, towards the front and centre of the arrangement.
- Finally trim down your Tea Tree so that they sit slightly shorter than the Stocks, but are taller than the Protea, and weave these evenly throughout the arrangement.
