Where do you deliver?

We are a local company and want to make sure your flowers arrive in tip top condition. Our delivery area is currently limited to the below area, but if you’d like us to expand to your suburb, please email the team at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to help.

What time will my bunch be delivered?

We hand-deliver your Wild Bunch on Friday afternoons, after they’ve been prepared for you that morning. You don’t need to be in to receive the delivery, just let us know a safe spot to leave them and they’ll be ready and waiting by the time you come home from work, perfect for anyone visiting at the weekend!

Can I choose what flowers I will receive?

There is no need to choose your flowers. Each bunch of blooms is hand selected and designed by our florist, with only the freshest and most seasonal stems included in your box.

How should I care for my flowers?

How should I arrange my bunch?

We would love you to let your creativity run wild and style your bunch of blooms in any way that pleases you. If you’d prefer a helping hand or a gentle steer, be sure to check out our website and instagram page where each week we will post a helpful video on how to arrange your flowers, just so.

Can I purchase a subscription as a gift?

What a lovely present! Yes of course you can. Simply sign up to the desired delivery schedule using your recipient’s address but your email address. You can then contact us if you’d like us to put the subscription under their name so they can fully manage their deliveries and skip any weeks they are away.

Can I skip deliveries?

Of course! We hate to see beautiful flowers going to waste. Simply log-in to your account and skip any weeks that you won’t be home to enjoy your flowers. The only thing we ask, is that this is done by 5pm on the Wednesday prior to your delivery. If you’re looking to take a longer break, you can also pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
